It all boils down to one question - who am i? really who am i?
the moment i reflect on this one thought, i embark on a deep and profound
journey, it's not a journey outside of me, it's a journey inside,
it's about letting go of all the bondages that have made me heavy,
all the labels and stereotypes that have made me fragile - an asylum seeker, a
refugee, a british citizen...
it's about identifying with my core value that is eternal, stable and ever lasting.
I remind myself i am a peacefull being and i feel light.

Your practice
Hi BK,
Thanks for this message. I wonder if you would like to say more about your spiritual journey and practice on this blog? When I have talked to British people about how they can welcome people from other cultures into their faith groups, they sometimes have a preconceived idea that all people from the Middle East will be Muslims, and that Africans will be evangelical Christians. It sounds like your experience is rather different, and I would be interested to learn more about it.
Yours in peace,
Craig
